Hi, I’m Scott Spencer, founder and lead trainer at Favour The Brave First Aid.

With twelve years of service in the British Army, followed by working as an operational trainer in the police, I’ve built my career around stepping up in critical situations.

I am qualified to First Response Emergency Care Level 4 (FREC4) and actively work as a first responder across the South, ensuring my knowledge and skills stay current. My passion is helping others feel confident to act when others can’t, providing training that is practical, engaging, and truly life-saving.
