Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the sale and delivery of first aid training packages provided by Favour The Brave First Aid (“we”, “us”, “our”). By purchasing a course or service, you (“you”, “your”, “the client”) agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Booking and Payment

• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place on the course.
• A booking confirmation will be sent via email upon successful payment.
• All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
• For safety and liability reasons, we cannot deliver courses for a single delegate; group bookings are encouraged.

3. Course Delivery

• Courses are delivered at the location, time, and date stated in your confirmation email.
• It is your responsibility to arrive on time and attend the full session. Late arrivals may be refused entry and will not be eligible for a refund.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• You have the right to cancel your booking by notifying us in writing via email at scott@ftbfirstaid.com.
• Cancellations made 72 hours (3 days) or more prior to the course start time will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the course will not be eligible for a refund as this will result in a loss of earnings if the booking slot has not been fulfilled.
• Non-attendance without prior notice will be treated as a cancellation with no refund issued.

5. Rescheduling

• You may request to reschedule your course by contacting us at least 72 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee availability.

6. Course Cancellation by Us

• In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel or reschedule a course (e.g., due to instructor illness or insufficient numbers). In such cases, you will be offered the choice of a full refund or to transfer to an alternative course date.

7. Certification

• Certificates will only be issued upon successful completion of the full course and any required assessments.

8. Liability

• We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage sustained at the training premises. However, we adhere to our strict health and safety policy to protect staff and clients.

9. Privacy

• Any personal data collected during booking will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with applicable data protection laws.
